How do I change the colour of my membership?
You can change the colour of your membership at any time, simply follow these steps:
STEP 1: Log onto My Account
STEP 2: Click on Membership
STEP 3: Scroll down the page and click CHANGE COLOUR
STEP 4: Select your new colour from the Colour Chart.
Please note:
Our colour and developer will achieve 2 levels of colour change on your natural hair colour, but it cannot lighten previously coloured hair.
Lightening your hair: We recommend purchasing our Bleach Wash Kit ($23.95) to remove previous colour before lightening your hair. We suggest you contact one of our colourists
here if you plan to do a bleach wash.
Darkening your hair: You are able to achieve up to 2 levels darker over previously coloured hair.
