Can I use your colour if I have previously coloured with henna?

Henna blocks permanent colour from entering and being permanently deposited within the hair.

We don't recommend using our colour if you have henna in your hair, as the henna will block colour absorption.

If you last used henna a while ago (eg. three months ago or longer), and if the henna product you used did not have metallic salts in it (you will need to check the ingredient profile) then you could wash your hair each day for several days with a clarifying shampoo and then colour using our products, following the application directions in the colour pack.
