How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time after you have tried the product. If you want to take a break, or you are going away, we recommend pausing your membership. You will not be charged anything while your membership is paused, and you are able to reactivate at any time.
To pause your membership, please follow these steps:
STEP 1: Log onto My Account
STEP 2: Click on Membership
STEP 3: Under Actions click on PAUSE
To reactivate your membership, follow Steps 1 & 2 and click REACTIVATE.
To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
STEP 1: Log onto My Account
STEP 2: Click on Membership
STEP 3: Under Actions click on CANCEL
