Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership at any time. This is particularly useful if you are going away for example.
To pause your membership, please follow these steps:
STEP 1: Log onto My Account
STEP 2: Click on Membership. (If you have more than one membership, click "View" on your Active membership)
STEP 3: Click PAUSE
To reactivate, follow Steps 1 & 2 an click REACTIVATE
If you have reactivated your membership, and would like your next Colour Kit sent ASAP, please following these instructions:
STEP 1: Go to My Account
STEP 2: Click on Membership
STEP 3: Under Actions, click on SHIP NOW - RESCHEDULE FROM TODAY
Your order will be processed and dispatched asap!
