My membership is on-hold. How do I reactivate it?

To reactivate your subscription, please follow these steps:

STEP 1: Log onto My Account

STEP 2: Click on Membership

STEP 3: Click REACTIVATE:

If you have reactivated your membership, and would like your next Colour Kit sent ASAP, please following these instructions:

STEP 1: Go to My Account

STEP 2: Click on Membership

STEP 3: If you would like to change your colour, plan or Auto-Ship frequency, please click on the buttons as shown below:

STEP 4: If you need to update your credit card, please click on Payment Methods

STEP 5: Once you are happy with your membership, click on Ship Now - Reschedule from Today:

Your order will be processed and dispatched asap!
